Corporate Roundtable
The Corporate Roundtable (CRT) is a donor recognition program designated for corporations, who, through merit-level donations, provide essential support for the Foundation's mission priorities of innovative research and workforce development.
Since its inception in 1999, the Corporate Roundtable has directly addressed unmet needs in rheumatology and improved lives by funding:
Patients Access to Care in Rheumatology:
- Broadening the access to rheumatologic care by increasing the geographic distribution of providers, particularly in underserved areas.
- Growing the rheumatology workforce by increasing the number of fellowship training slots and attracting more health professionals to the field.
- Training and mentoring medical students and fellows to help recruit and train the next generation of rheumatologists.
Discoveries in Rheumatic Disease Research:
- Providing researchers with opportunities to pursue ideas leading to important breakthroughs.
- Supporting early and mid-career investigators to continue critical research into the cause, prevention, and treatment of rheumatic disease.
